Please review the following guidelines before signing up to ensure smooth collaboration and clear expectations:
- Single Video Focus: Activids processes one video at a time.
- Turnaround Time: Standard delivery is within 3 days, excluding Sundays. Complex projects may require extra time.
- Revision Process: After delivery, you can approve or request revisions. Revisions take 24 hours. Work on the next video begins only after approval.
- Monthly Limits: Unused video credits do not roll over to the next month.
- Video Length Restrictions: Deliverables cannot exceed 20 minutes unless specifically agreed upon.
- Raw Footage Limits: Uploaded footage must not exceed 45 minutes.
Terms & Conditions
Agreement Updates: Activids ("we," "our," "us") reserves the right to modify this Agreement and any associated policies at any time. Changes take effect once posted at https://activids.com/terms-and-conditions/. Continued service use constitutes acceptance of these changes. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately and notify us to cancel your subscription.
Client Obligations: By using our services, you ("you," "your") agree to the terms outlined herein. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements between you and Activids.
Revisions & Completion
You have five days to request revisions after delivery. Orders without feedback after this period will be marked as complete and closed.
Service Expiration & Cancellation
Subscriptions expire based on the billing cycle. To cancel, email billing@activids.com with the subject line “Cancel Subscription.” Access continues until the billing term ends, after which files will no longer be available.
Money-Back Guarantee
New customers have a 14-day risk-free period. Refund requests must be sent to billing@activids.com with the subject line "Refund Request." Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable except under the Money-Back Guarantee. Your payment method will be automatically charged based on your billing cycle. Non-payment may result in service suspension.
Turnaround Times & Limits
Turnaround times vary based on project complexity and size. Reasonable limits apply to "unlimited" revisions and video lengths, determined at our discretion.
Ownership & Rights
You retain ownership of your content but grant us permission to use it for service completion and internal training. By default, we may showcase your projects for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise via email.
Non-Solicitation Clause
You agree not to engage, solicit, or employ Activids' staff, contractors, or clients outside our services. Breach of this clause may result in legal action, including injunctive relief and recovery of damages.
Accuracy & Quality Assurance
While we strive for perfection, occasional errors may occur. Upon delivery, please review and report any issues. We will prioritize necessary corrections. However, satisfaction is subjective, and we cannot guarantee all expectations will be met.
Copyright Responsibility
We use licensed or copyright-free assets, but if you request copyrighted materials, you assume responsibility for any resulting claims or strikes.
Liability Limitation
Activids is not liable for losses or damages arising from service use. You agree to indemnify us against claims related to service use. Liability is capped at $50.
Severability & Governing Law
If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. This Agreement is governed by Nevada law.

If you produce several requests side by side, your video editor in charge of you will begin working on the request you have created first. After that project has been declared as completed from your side, he will jump to the next request in the queue.

The shared space that is used for media management is provided to you at no cost. Nevertheless, this is only a shared storage with a limited capacity. The best thing for you to do is on a regular basis, please delete past project files and then upload a copy to your own computer in order to use your cloud space more effectively.

Our standard delivery period is up to 72 hours, with the exception of a Sunday in between. Our employees are not available on Sunday.
4.
In case you would like a part of your video to be changed, you can apply for it at the time of delivery, and it will be dealt with within 24 hours.
5.
The raw footage must not exceed 45 minutes unless there are some special conditions.
